Sanctorium. Noun. 1. A place inside ones imagination.
A unique take on illustration with an emphasis in imaginative anatomy and a vintage feel. My goal as an artist is to capture a glimpse of raw human emotion, unmasked from human defenses.
I have studied various types art forms (fashion sketching, surface anatomy, painting) at Lansing Community College, and Michigan State University. Several pieces have been shown in fashion based exhibits (Eve inspired dress in the Spring of 2012 Michigan State Fashion Show, as well as several illustrations).
Displayed you will see a variety of mediums and a random exploration of surfaces. Most pieces, or their duplicates are available for purchase.
